Prestige Evergreen construction status is in the pre-launch stage. Documentation & Handover

Post-completion, the builder will obtain all legal clearances, including the Occupation Certificate (OC), Completion Certificate (CC), and Possession Letter, ensuring a smooth and safe handover to every homeowner.
