You can enhance your well-being at Prestige Evergreen by joining yoga and meditation sessions held in the community clubhouse. These classes help you stay fit, reduce stress, improve focus, and connect with neighbors. With certified instructors and flexible schedules, it’s easy to make wellness part of your daily life right where you live.

Classes Offered

At Prestige Evergreen, the wellness centre (yoga / aerobics studio) is part of the clubhouse amenities. We plan to host:

  • Beginner Yoga – Gentle asanas, breathing, and basic postures.
  • Intermediate & Advanced Yoga – More flow, balance, flexibility.
  • Meditation & Mindfulness – Guided sessions, silence time, breath work.
  • Yoga Therapy / Well-Being Workshops – Focus on stress relief, back care, posture, etc.

These classes are offered inside the yoga studio in the clubhouse.

Schedules (Tentative)

We aim to have flexible timing to suit various routines:

Instructor Tie-ups

We collaborate with certified yoga and meditation professionals:

  • Local yoga studios and wellness centers in Whitefield / Varthur.
  • Accredited instructors with Yoga Alliance or equivalent certification.
  • Guest teachers for special workshops (e.g. sound healing, pranayama retreats).
  • Tie-ups ensure variety, safety, and quality of instruction.

Residents will be informed about instructors’ profiles, their specialities (therapeutic yoga, vipassana, etc.), and class rotations.

Tips for Residents & New Members

  • Start off with 2-3 sessions a week and gradually increase.

How to Get Started

  1. Watch for the resident circular or app announcement on yoga/meditation schedules.
  2. Register for the sessions (resident / membership passes).
