Prestige Evergreen Project Status

Prestige Evergreen is currently in its pre-launch stage, with RERA approval still pending. The official project launch is scheduled for October 30, 2025. As of September 2025, Expression of Interest (EOI) bookings are open for early buyers. Homebuyers can reserve preferred units at special pre-launch prices and enjoy exclusive early-bird offers before the official launch. After the launch, the detailed cost sheet, payment plans, and booking options will be made available to buyers.

Construction will commence soon after the official launch in late 2025. Construction activities will begin in December 2025 with foundation and basement work. By 2026, the structure of the towers will start rising, followed by external amenities, clubhouses, and landscaping between 2027 and 2028. Final finishing, interiors, and quality checks are expected through 2029 before possession. Possession of the apartments is expected by December 2029.
