Prestige Evergreen is currently in its pre-launch stage, with RERA approval still pending. The official launch is scheduled for October 30, 2025. After the launch, the detailed cost sheet, payment plans, and booking options will be made available to buyers.

Construction is planned to start soon after the launch. Possession of the apartments is expected by December 2029.

About Prestige Evergreen

Prestige Evergreen is being developed on a 28-acre parcel within the 125-acre Prestige Raintree Park township, located on Varthur Road, Whitefield, East Bangalore.
