Prestige Evergreen Payment Plan


Prestige Evergreen's payment plan provides a detailed description of the expenses, including floor-wise pricing, GST, booking amount, area, and agreement charges. Payments are scheduled across key construction milestones from 2025 to 2029, with stage-wise installments and flexible EMI options. The payment plan runs from October 2025 to December 2029, with a 6-month grace period for possession. On average, buyers pay around 20% each year, aligned with actual construction progress for better cash-flow planning. This structured plan makes home buying simple, secure, and convenient for every buyer.

The payment plan offers additional costs, and payment instructions are included for better understanding. Buyers must pay 10% of the entire cost to book an apartment. The remaining amount will then be divided into instalments. At the agreement stage, you’ll receive complete documentation, including the Apartment Number, Super Built-up Area and UDS, total consideration, interior specifications, car-park allocation, list of amenities, and the possession timeline. Your booking secures the unit, and you may have all documents verified by your legal advisor for added assurance. Notably, the basic price does not include additional fees like registration costs, stamp duty, and other taxes. These fees must be paid when the apartment is registered or on the possession day. All fees and taxes will include GST.

RERA registration has been applied for (approval expected by October 2025), and leading banks are expected to extend home loans, making financing simpler and faster for eligible buyers.

The payment plan of Prestige Evergreen includes the following schedules:

  • Buyers have to pay 10% of the entire amount when booking any house in this project
  • As the construction starts here, 10% of the overall amount should be paid.
  • During the Excavation process of the project, 10% of the overall amount must be paid
  • During the Plinth process of this project, 10% of the overall amount must be paid
  • While constructing the Basement of the project, 10% of the overall amount must be paid
  • While building the Ground Floor of the project, 10% of the overall amount must be paid
  • During construction of the upper floors (superstructure), 10% of the overall amount must be paid.
  • During the Flooring of the project, 10% of the overall amount must be paid
  • During the Plumbing work of the project, 10% of the overall amount must be paid
  • Pay the final 10% upon possession, targeted for December 2029.

The project provides a convenient payment plan with smaller instalments. Once the project is launched, a detailed price list will be made available. Before determining the price for each unit, the builder will thoroughly examine the current market trends.
